Critical Race Theory

I have been reading up on Critical Race Theory and, to my surprise, I found myself more or less agreeing with the idea that American society is inherently biased on the basis of the colour of your skin. I completely disagree with anyone who thinks that Critical Race Theory is applicable in all countries of the world, that Europe is like America, that the USA is the same as everywhere else. The USA is probably the most racist country in the world and I can well believe that they have inherent bias in what are claimed to be fair systems, like the criminal justice system. However there are people demonstrating in European cities about American police brutality and racism. Not all countries are like that. For example where I live in Switzerland the police are exceptionally fair and society is very fair. Of course there is racism but not anywhere near as much as in the USA. Also in Switzerland racism is most commonly aimed at people from the Balkans. Where are the people demonstrating in the streets that Balkan lives matter? Or the strange claim that only white people can be racist? Try telling that to the people in Rwanda whose families suffered racist black on black genocide based on ethnic groups. The Americans should look at Critical Race Theory and learn from it and try to improve their broken deeply racist society. However other countries should not read American social media and transplant American beliefs about America onto other countries without first thinking deeply and critically about it.
