eyedrops

I remember watching Steve Jobs presenting and astonishing people with new or updated products. I remember him showing a new iPod advert during one of these talks. A shadow figure wearing earphones and holding an iPod danced to some famous band, might have been U2. Happiness and enthusiastic enjoyment of life with your own personal soundtrack. It sounded wonderful. 
Now a few years later in mid 2015 I am on a tram looking out a window watching people at the various tram stops staring fixedly down and tying into their phones. I recently shared a railway carriage with someone who was doing so when I arrived and didn’t take his eyes from the screen at all still staring and typing when I got off 20 mins later. 
Maybe I should invest in shares of companies making eyedrops. People don’t seem to blink any more.
